OnTheMove for Veeva 26.2 Now Available
OnTheMove Software | | 2 minute read
TheMove for Veeva 26.2 provides AI review of monitoring event, and improvments to the sync process including better user feedback and the ability to carry on syncing when the main OnTheMove AWS infrastructure is unavailable.
Highlights of This Release
- AI
A new AI task reviews the Questionnaire for consistency. It alerts users to: i) comments that appear to be inconsistent with the corresponding multiple choice answers; ii) questions where the response appears to be in conflict with the answer to another question. - Sync Enhancements
- Emergency Mode Synchronization with Veeva occurs via OnTheMove components hosted on AWS. Emergency mode means synchronization will continue work even when these components are unavailable (either for planned maintenance or because of AWS outage).
- Improved UX A new user experience improves the feedback given to users in the synchronization process.
- Notes
Our tracker eliminating notes feature now color codes tags and supports text search. - Non-event user actions out of the box
We now support running user actions (e.g. Escalate) on Follow Ups and Issues, or any other Veeva object.
