We are pleased to announce OnTheMove for Veeva 25.2, continuing our mission to make monitoring event management faster, simpler, and more productive for CRAs.

Highlights of This Release

• Vault-Linked Signature Actions
  Signature workflows are now directly linked to Vault Sign In, allowing CRAs to complete eSignature steps seamlessly from OnTheMove. These links can also be accessed directly from the Review Tasks modal, streamlining event approvals and documentation.
• Monitored SDR Items Now Standard
  Source Data Review Tracking (introduced in Vault 25R1) is now fully supported in OnTheMove out of the box — no custom configuration required.
• Improved Validation and Pre-Sync Checks
  Pre-sync verification now checks that all related objects are in appropriate states before performing actions, ensuring smoother synchronization and fewer errors.
• Enhanced User Experience
  
  • Users can quickly clear all filters from the event list modal.
  • Helpful alerts now appear if a user attempts an action while offline.
  • Field-level help text is now available via “?” icons next to labels.
  • CRAs can optionally view unassigned events from the homepage.
