We’re excited to announce the release of OnTheMove for Veeva 25.1.0, bringing powerful new capabilities, a refreshed interface, and an even smoother experience for CRAs and managers.

Highlights of This Release

• Create and Manage Monitoring Events Offline
  CRAs can now create and work on monitoring events even without an internet connection, with progress automatically synced once back online.
• Streamlined Workflows and Lifecycle Management
  Monitoring events no longer need to be In Progress to be accessible in OnTheMove, and users can now advance events through lifecycle states directly within the app — all the way up to signature capture.
• Enhanced Usability and Real-Time Editing
  Enjoy a more seamless, “always-on” editing experience. Simply click Edit to get started — no need to manually download or synchronize events. Work continues uninterrupted even if you go offline.
• Manager Mode for Review and Collaboration
  A new Manager Mode empowers Lead CRAs and managers to review monitoring events, add comments, and provide feedback.
• Smarter Configuration and Greater Control
  The OnTheMove for Veeva Installer now makes it easier than ever to align your OnTheMove setup with your Vault configuration — adjusting section visibility and lifecycle behavior with simple settings.
• Modernized Look and Feel
  OnTheMove 25.1 introduces a cleaner, more intuitive interface for navigating forms and sections, highlighting required fields, and surfacing validation warnings.
• Introducing OnTheMove Analytics
  Gain richer insights at a glance. Analytics now allows configurable charts within OnTheMove, giving CRAs context as they work — starting with questions, and extensible to other objects.
